Please allow 3-4 working days for us to process your order and send your e-code. All orders received after 4.30PM will be processed next working day. Our working days are Monday – Friday only.
Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed in the following week.
E-Code Email Delivery
E-code will be sent to your email. Please check for your inbox of the email that you used when purchasing. Please also check your SPAM FOLDER.
E-Code on the Website
If you can’t find in your email even after 4 working days, please follow these instructions;
- Visit our website and click “My Account” at the top.

- Enter your email and password. In case you forgot your password, please use the “Forgot password feature”.

- After logged in, click on “Orders” from the left side menu.

- On your orders page, click on your Order number.

- You should see the updates page with the e-code under the section “ORDER UPDATES”.
